Refund & Returns Policy

At Ecobriqueafrica Store, operated by Mcmission Village, LLC, we want you to feel confident with every purchase. This policy explains how returns, refunds, and exchanges workβ€”clearly and transparently.


1) Where This Policy Applies

This Refund & Returns Policy applies to orders purchased and delivered within the United States only.


2) Return Window

You may request a return within 20 days of:

  • the delivery date for shipped orders, or

  • the purchase date shown on your receipt for in-store purchases.

Requests submitted after 20 days are not eligible.


3) Items Eligible for Return

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective items.

Non-defective items must:

  • Be unused and unassembled

  • Be in original packaging

  • Include all original parts, accessories, and manuals

Defective or damaged items:

  • May be opened

  • Please keep all original packaging

  • Photos may be required to verify the issue

Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required for all returns.

Not eligible for return (unless defective):

  • Custom or made-to-order items

  • Gift cards


4) How to Start a Return (Mail-In Only)

  1. Email [email protected] with:

    • Your order number

    • A brief reason for the return

    • Photos (required for damaged or defective items)

  2. Once approved, we will email you a prepaid return shipping label.

  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, attach the label, and drop it off with the designated carrier.

5) Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted by mail only.

  • Follow the same return steps above

  • Items exchanged for non-defective reasons must be unused and in original packaging

Price differences:

  • If the replacement item costs more, you will pay the difference

  • If it costs less, the difference will be refunded to your original payment method


6) Refunds

  • Returned items are inspected within 2–3 business days of receipt

  • Once approved, refunds are processed within 5 business days

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Please note: your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.


7) Important Notes

  • Returns sent without prior approval may be delayed or declined

  • Shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or holidays are not grounds for a refund unless the item arrives damaged

  • If a non-defective item is returned without original packaging, we may decline the return if it cannot be resold as new
