1) Shipping Destinations

We ship within the United States only, including all 50 states (Alaska and Hawaii included).

Orders must be shipped to valid U.S. addresses.
International shipping is not available at this time.

2) Order Cut-Off & Processing Time

Order cut-off time: 2:00 PM (PT)
Orders placed after 2:00 PM PT will begin processing on the next business day
Handling time: 1–3 days (Monday–Sunday) to prepare your order for shipment

You will receive:

An order confirmation email immediately after purchase
A shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order has shipped

3) Transit Time

Estimated transit time: 3–7 days (Monday–Sunday) after shipment
Estimated total delivery time: typically 4–10 days from order placement

4) Shipping Fee

Flat shipping rate: $5.00 per order (standard shipping within the U.S.)
No minimum purchase required
No hidden fees

Any applicable taxes will be clearly displayed at checkout.

5) Carriers & Tracking

We ship using reliable national carriers such as USPS or UPS.

A tracking number will be provided via email once your order ships, allowing you to monitor delivery progress.

6) Exceptions & Special Cases

Incorrect or undeliverable addresses
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, we can reship the order after the address is corrected. A $5.00 re-shipping fee will apply.

Lost or damaged shipments
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with:

Your order number
Photos of the damage (if applicable)

We will work with the carrier to investigate and arrange a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Service delays
Shipping delays caused by weather, carrier disruptions, or holidays may occur and are outside our control.
